Terms of Use

What using the blog means

Reading Etruschibologna means you accept these terms as the basis on which the articles about Etruscan history, archaeology and heritage are offered. They apply whether you browse once for a trip to Bologna or return often to follow a topic. Questions can go to [email protected].

Information, not professional advice

The articles are general historical and cultural information with some personal opinion. Archaeological interpretation changes as new evidence appears, so dates, identifications and theories described here may be revised or disputed. Nothing on the blog is an expert appraisal, a valuation or authentication of any object, or advice on buying antiquities. Opening hours, ticket rules and displays at museums and sites change, so confirm details with the institution before travelling. Do not dig, use metal detectors or remove material at protected sites; such activity is regulated and you should check the rules that apply.

Ownership and reuse

The writing, structure and original images on the blog belong to the operator or are used with permission. You may read it, share links and quote a short passage with clear credit and a link back. Republishing full pieces or using them for commercial purposes requires written permission first.

Respectful use

Do not attack the blog technically, flood it with automated requests, insert harmful code or use it to distribute spam or unlawful material. Access can be restricted for anyone whose activity puts the blog or other readers at risk.

What you send us

When you submit a correction, a question or an idea for an article, you confirm you are free to share it. You allow us to read it and use the idea to improve the blog, with no obligation to reply, credit you or publish it.

Advertising, affiliate links and outside sites

The blog may show advertising or include affiliate links, which can earn the operator a small commission at no added cost to you. Such links do not shape what an article concludes. Pages may point to museums, ticket sellers, book retailers, academic papers or tour providers connected with Etruscan and heritage topics. Those sites sit outside our control, and we cannot vouch for their content, prices, availability or practices.

Limits on warranties and liability

Etruschibologna is offered in its current state, with no promise that every page will stay online or error-free. As far as the law permits, the operator does not promise that it will be accurate, complete or uninterrupted, and is not liable for loss resulting from use of the blog or reliance on an article, including a wasted trip. Nothing here removes rights that you hold under mandatory law or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms or the blog at any time, and revised terms apply once published. Should a court find one clause unenforceable, the other clauses keep their effect.
